Annual Meeting 2026
WelcomeDear colleague, Welcome to the BESIX Group Annual Meeting 2026 platform! This is where you will find all the necessary practical information, as well as your detailed schedule for the event once more details are available. For now, please inform us before 7 January 2026 if you will attend the Annual Meeting on 19 and 20 March 2026. If you are attending, we also ask you to indicate if you want to stay at the hotel, and if yes, for which night(s). If you’re not coming to the Annual Meeting, you can also indicate this under the ‘Register’ tab. By the end of January, once more details about the event are known, you will be asked to complete your registration with more information, such as catering registrations, site visits, shuttles services, parking, etc. We look forward to welcoming you to Antwerp!

Conference & dinner locationConference The BESIX Group Annual Meeting 2026 conference will be held at Vestar. Address: Lamorinierestraat 53, 2018 Antwerp (Belgium) Dinner The dinner will be hosted in a different location, which we will keep under wraps for the moment. More information will follow soon.

AccommodationDuring the BESIX Group Annual Meeting 2026, the overnight stays will be at the Hotel NH Collection Antwerp Centre. Address: Pelikaanstraat 84, 2018 Antwerpen, Belgique BESIX Group offers you the nights of 18, 19 and 20 March as part of the Annual Meeting 2026. Any additional night(s) you might wish to book should be booked and managed at your own initiative, in line with your entity's or department's travel policies. Parking information will be communicated later.
