Welcome to the BESIX Group Annual Meeting 2025 platform!

This is where you will find all the necessary practical information, as well as your detailed schedule for the event.

Please register for the event under the tab 'Register'.

If you're not coming to the Annual Meeting, you can also indicate this under the 'Register' tab.

Take the time to carefully fill in all the required fields: your personal information, travel information, arrival details, departure details, needs for local transfers, hotel bookings and dietary information. This helps us to optimally prepare for your attendance.

After you have completed the registration process, be sure to check the website regularly for agenda updates and practical information.

Conference & dinner location

Conference & Dinner

The BESIX Group Annual Meeting 2025 conference will be held in the auditorium of Mix, on the ground floor. The dinner will be also be hosted on the ground floor.

The address is Boulevard du Souverain 25/1, Watermael-Boitsfort, Belgium.

Hotel

During the BESIX Group Annual Meeting 2025, the overnight stays will be at the hotel Mix Brussels, in the same building as the conference and the dinner. Safe to say you don’t need any transport once you arrive!

BESIX Group offers you the nights of 19, 20 (and 21 March for guests coming in via long-distance flights) as part of the Annual Meeting 2025.

Any additional nights you might wish to book should be booked and managed at your own initiative and costs.

You can park your car in the Indigo car park on site. This is a public parking, and we are not able to make any reservations. Be sure to arrive early if you want to secure a spot. If the parking is full, there is a lot of public parking available in the streets surrounding the Mix building.

Site visits

On Friday 21 March you will have the opportunity to join site visits. Three sites will open their doors for us:

New HQ for RTBF, in Schaerbeek. BESIX, in JV with Valens, is gearing up to deliver RTBF’s new site this spring. Don’t miss the opportunity to visit this iconic building right before we deliver it to the client. Tours available in English, French and Dutch.
Office building ‘The Hive’ in the center of Brussels (Marais). BESIX is renovating this office building with 13 floors for client BNP Paribas Fortis. At the time of the visit, all demolition works will have been completed and works on the new façade will have started. Tours available in English, French and Dutch.
Rabelais, the renovation of a school in Ixelles. Wust and CIT Blaton are renovating this school complex in the middle of Brussels. It includes the school infrastructure, sports facilities, a daycare center and several residential units. The beautiful neoclassical school buildings will house a new high school with a total surface of more than 5000 m². The tour on this site will only be given in French.

Please bring your own safety gear (shoes, helmet, high visibility jacket). For those coming from abroad, please indicate which safety gear you need in the registration form.

Shuttles

As the hotel, conference and dinner are all at the same location, there will be no shuttles on Thursday.

There will be a shuttle foreseen for the site visit on Friday 21 March. Please refer to the programme for further details.

Guests joining the site visit will be expected to use this shuttle, to avoid unnecessary traffic of multiple cars on the project site.
